Sep 12, 1898" duplex to London, England, Kensington (10.6.98) receiver, cover tears; accompanied by same design except addressed to Colorado Springs, Col., and last is Hawaiian flag at upper left on cover addressed to Germany, latter two without markings, F.-V.F.
