1893, 15¢ Columbian, used with 1¢-2¢, 5¢ and 10¢ Columbians (231-232, 234, 237), single of each, 2¢ nat. s.e., all tied by partial strikes of "Chicago" handstamp on registered patented photo manila mailer to Germany, two strikes of magenta "Registered, Nov 14 1893, Chicago, Ill" three-line postmark, New York (11.16) transit backstamps and New York 'City' registry label (FX-NY1b) affixed; small edge tear and part of flap missing, a Very Fine and interesting use.
