'5 cts' Jul 21" integral-rate cds on blue folded letter to local address, Extremely Fine and choice, ex-Ackerman, Hollowbush, Vernon Morris Jr.

It is interesting to note that this was a local letter and the 5¢ rate did not apply, it should have been a 2¢ local carrier rate.
