Civil War, Postal History, group of 12 covers including 1861 reduced front with #26 on U27 carried by Adams Express Louiville to Covington Ky., US #U27 stained with ms. Woodville Ten 1861 postmark Independent State use, Nashille Ten. Washington patriotic use, some soldier letters including CSA, Columbus Oh. examined use, 1864 Nashville occupation, etc.; some mixed condition.

Civil War, Unused Patriotic Collection including Magnus, collection of over 260 different mounted on pages, includes 92 Magnus designs with most handpainted and some all-over designs, appears to have Magnus set of Union and Southern States; rest include Rebel and Loyal States all-over designs, caricatures etc.; condition is mixed as envelope corners are mounted with glue in scrap book, some stains on some, etc., viewing is a must.
Estimate    $1,000 - 1,500.

Spanish-American War Cover Collection, of approximately 80 covers; includes a strong section of various patriotic covers mostly originating in San Francisco, various camp postmarks, Philippines military postmarks including straight line Iloilo and Cavite, Manila registered, Bacolod cds, showing of Soldier's Mail usages including various handstamps, etc., other usage including soldiers mail from Hawaii and an Philippines incoming usage from Hong Kong; a nice group for the specialist.
