Sep 10" cds and red crayon "Paid 42" rate restatement, red "N.York, Paid, Oct 5" exchange backstamp and magenta "19" credit to G.B. rating, red crayon "2" for double-weight, "P.D." handstamp and magenta "f 5½" rating, reverse with Luzern (10.22), Milano (10.23) and Bergamo (10.24) arrival cds, opening tears including one barely into 30¢, otherwise Very Fine and scarce use at the double 42¢ French Mail rate.
