German Area, Collection, 1840-1970's, of mint and used issues housed in three Scott albums; starting with well represented German States with Baden near complete, Bavaria strong with 1850 issues complete and many of the high values present, mint Breman from Scott #1A, Brunswick with 4-margin imperfs, Hanover complete to 1857 with good later, Thurn & Taxis with better issues present, etc., near complete Empire issues, similar Germania and Republic issues missing only the occasional scarce issue, semi-postals and other back-of-the-book including officials complete to 1934, few offices and an array of occupational issues with good to fair representation, Berlin and Republic issues, etc.; condition varies, owner's 1989 Scott cat $48,064.

German Area, Collection, housed in binders, stockbooks and sheet holders filling a large box; includes a KABE Deutsches Reich collection 1872-1980s nicely filled, Scott Specialty with Bund and DDR, stock book of se-tenants, book of Offices with cancel interest China, East Africa, album jam packed with a little bit of everything overprints, colonies, locals with much mint o.g., n.h., booklet panes & Zusammendrucke, many full sheets of General Gouvernement, propaganda items, quite a hodge-podge of useful material that upon inspection will reveal its value.

German Area, Collection, 1872-1971, mint and used collection of a couple thousand stamps in mounts on quad pages in a Scott album, 19th and early 20th Century mostly used; begins with Empire through Germania, Reich issues, used Officials, WWII occupations, post-war mix of mint and used mint, some currency reform and DDR mint and used; please inspect.

Germany, Federal Republic & Berlin, Collection, 1948-2008, used collection with occasional mint on pages in 4 Scott albums, strong completion in modest duplication (usually x2) throughout; Federal Republic from 1948 virtually complete with the good early semi-postals in duplication, Berlin issues equally as strong with 1948 Berlin overprints complete x4 (Scott cat $2,532 each) plus much additional, 1949 von Stephan set x5 (cat $240 each) and later material present in similar fashion, semi-postals starting with 1949 Currency Victims set x2 (cat $410 each), etc.; nice material throughout.
