Sep 16" double-circle datestamp on cover to San Francisco, portion of "Honolulu U.S. Postage Paid Aug 27" cds; cover with some wrinkling and tears, reduced at left into Honolulu datestamp, otherwise Fine, ex-Honolulu Advertiser, Twigg-Smith.

This is an unusual mixed franking from the Tillman correspondence showing payment of 10¢ Hawaiian for one ounce plus 6¢ U.S.
