Pkt., Feb 18" exchange cds with magenta "28" cent credit rating to G.B., carried by Cunard Line Africa from New York Feb 18th to Liverpool arriving Mar. 2nd, London Paid (3.3) transit cds, Hong Kong (4.29) arrival backstamp, pencil 1857 docketing at left, Very Fine, ex-Menaker, Mizuhara; with 1977 P.F. certificate.
