Latvia Collection, 1918-41, well formed collection on Scott album pages; near complete issues starting with complete regular issues with occasional parallel */o, 1918-19 Arms complete mint with some additional used, following Allegory issues mostly mint sets, 1920 5k Arms printed on both sides (Scott 76 var.), later Arms sets used and mint from 1937 on, Air & Semi-Postal Airs complete with many additional imperf sets, including the key 1933 "Latvija-Afrika" set, Semi-Postals complete mint again with many additional imperf sets, Occupational approaching completion with first 1919 Russian Occup sets (2N1-2N22, all signed Dr. P. Jem), etc.; rarely seen collection in such completion, with condition above the norm throughout, a must see to appreciate.
