Sicily, 1859 Ferdinand II 20g dark slate, tied by horseshoe cancel in combination with 2gr light blue, plate III, Palermo paper on folded cover from Messina to Torino, 23 April 1860 (late usage), red three line "Piroscafi Postali Francesi" handstamp on face and backstamped with red Genova transit and Torino arrival handstamp of 27.4. 60., adhesive with four nice margins, Very Fine and choice, a rare late usage of which very few are known; with 1987 En. Diena certificate.
