Luis Potosi" oval company handstamp and offset of the SLP circular date stamp (Schatzkes 1443) on reverse, Very Fine, ex-Schatzkes; signed Calves, with 2017 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.

Mexico, 1861, Second Issue, 8r black on red brown, Jalapa, two singles, used provisionally on registered front to Cordova, tied by "Certificado" in oval handstamp (Schatzkes 601) with additional strikes at sides, matching Jalapa oval handstamp and certification straight line date stamp (Schatzkes 600 & 597) with manuscript "18 de julio de 1867" date, Very Fine, very few are known from the provisional period.
