Mexico, 1867, Gothic "Mexico" on thin gray-blue paper, 4r rose, without gum, wide margins, bright pastel-like color on distinctive gray blue paper, Extremely Fine, certainly one of the finest mint examples extant, of the 13,470 issued only 5-6 are known unused because the issue was sold out; with 2017 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
