Mexico, 1866, Emperor Maximilian (engraved), 50c green, Mexico, cons 4-867, this invoice was sent to Don Francisco De Paula Portilla probably in exchange for Eagle stamps, Veracruz circular date stamp (Schatzkes 1757A), just in at top and bottom, Fine, extremely rare with only 20 sent and possibly the only known, with photocopy of J. Bash letter regarding this stamp.
