Mexico, 1868, Hidalgo Thick Figures Issue Collection, massive six volume assembly of approximately 1,680 stamps with a Follansbee catalog value of over $12,500 plus 129 covers and five sello negros of the period, all districts well represented, over 725 stamps and many of the covers bear sub-office cancels, some quite rare which add greatly to the value of the collection, also including some proofs, errors of numbers and other varieties, in some ways the '68s are the most interesting of the Mexican classics - here is an unusual and grand opportunity to dive into a project that could keep one happily occupied for decades, generally F.-V.F.

Mexico, 1868, Hidalgo Thick Figures - Mexico District, group of 33 stamps (plus a cover) from eleven sub-offices, eight have additional Apam name (two used), four unused with Cuautitlan and an unused 12c with Texcoco, canceled includes two Chalco (Schatzkes 831), couple Amecameca (841), several Cuautla including two Diligencias (844), two Yautepec (111), Otumba (848), two Polotitlan (849), three Soyaniquilpan plus the cover (12c) and Tepeji Del Rio (852, 852B), generally F.-V.F.
