Brig Carnation to Halifax arriving Feb. 14th, sharp strike of "Halifax, FE 15 20" fleuron and manuscript "Packet 2N5" cy. rating (2s2d equiv.) plus "11" d.cy. rating totalled to "3N4" due, Very Fine.
