Philippines, Revenue, 1899, 25c-5p Sello issues (Sello 10-4), run of seven issues plus an additional 5p perf 12, various cancels, wide margins, 50c & 1p with crease, otherwise Very Fine, very scarce with only 500 printed of the 3p and 5p values (Warren 363-369, 369A).

Philippines, Revenue, 1899, 1p dull pale lilac, vertical pair, margins ample to left shaving frameline, tied by blue boxed Canceled handstamps on U. S. Customs House permission form dated "Manila Jan 28th, 99" granting work on the cargo on board the S.S. "Elena"; file folds not affecting stamps, F.-V.F., the only reported use of the 1899 1p Sello issue on document as well as a very early use of this issue (Warren 366).

Philippines, Revenue, 1901-02, 25c Sello, diagonal bisect, in combination with 1901-02 1p Sello + 1899, 2c rose red, diagonal bisect on July 1, 1902 bill of health document of the Port of Nueva Caceres for the steamer "Nazareno", all tied by blue straight line handstamps; allover water staining to document, F.-V.F., a unique combination issue double bisect usage (Warren 384 var., 390, 512 var.).
