Romagna, 1859, ½b black on straw, diagonal bisect, in se-tenant pair with single nearly separated between, on reverse 1859 locally addressed preprinted notice tied by diamond grid handstamp, front with "Bologna, 3 Dic, 59" cds and "3" rate handstamp, oval official cachet handstamp at top; bisect with light crease, otherwise Very Fine, Scott catalog $16,250 for bisect on cover; with 1984 E. Diena & 2006 Vaccari certificates.
