Montenegro, 1897 Cover to United States, blue green cover bearing 1893, 3n Green (16) block of four, apparently removed, uncancelled from another cover and used on this cover to Winfield Junction, N.Y., block canceled by bold "Cetinje, 9/9 1897" date stamp, reverse with New York (9.21) transit and Winfield Junction (9.22) arrival, some light glue stains around stamps, Very Fine and unusual reuse of block.
