OC 14, 1863" cds and matching "Registered" double-arc handstamp on cover with blue "Via Marseilles" routing ribbon to Boston Mass., large "8" pence credit rating, red "Registered, London 12 FE 04" oval transit and crowned "Registered" handstamp, red "Boston Br. Pkt. 'Paid' Feb 29" exchange leap year arrival cds; some small edge flaws, Very Fine and attractive use, ex-Antipodes, Corinphila (September 1988, lot 3441), Vivian Sussex, Cavendish (March 2002, lot 359); signed Holcombe, with 2001 B.P.A. certificate.
