Devol, Major & Quartermaster, U.S. Volunteers" three-line approval handstamp, reverse with "Sergt. E.A. Holden, H. Bat. 3rd Art, Manila P.I." sender's address and St. Louis (7.17) machine arrival; reduced slightly at right, Very Fine.
