Tobago, 1886, Queen Victoria, 6d orange brown, Crown CA watermark, deep color, tied by "Tobago, A, Fe 8, 97" cds (code letter inverted) on registered "On Her Majesty's Service" imprint cover to Fitchburg, Mass., matching "R" in oval handstamp; portion cut out from back of cover, otherwise Very Fine. Scott No. 22.

Tobago, 1889, Queen Victoria, 1d on 2½d dull blue, horizontal strip of five, pair and single, Crown CA watermark, middle stamp in strip and single showing wide spacing between "1 Penny" surcharge variety, all tied by barred "A14" oval handstamps on registered cover to Coeymans, N.Y., clear "Tobago, Jy 5, 89" origin cds and large "R" in oval handstamp on front and reverse, "New York, Reg'y Div., 7 25, 1889" transit backstamp; cover with tears at lower right and sides mostly open, otherwise Very Fine, ex-Charlton Henry.
