(Connecticut) Meriden & West Meriden Postal History, 1840-1890s, collection of approx. 75 covers of the two towns, 33 are stampless with various rating handstamps, auxiliary markings and 1845 Meriden Postmaster "W. Booth" free frank, stamped mail includes ladies embossed cover with 11A, 2¢ Blackjack, a fancy "S" cancel use, three with two different fancy "M" cancels (two Skinner Eno LS-M 12 and a Skinner Eno L-M 15 (ex-Fay, Eno), great lot for the specialist, some mixed condition, F.-V.F.

New Jersey Postal History, 1800s-1900s, accumulation of approximately 320 covers and cards in sleeves arranged on G&K pages in four binders, virtually all pre-1920, with nineteenth century predominating, including stampless mail incl. fancy ovals, many illustrated and advertising designs, some fancy cancels with three Blairstown fancy "JVD" monogram cancels, small towns and DPOs, foreign destinations including Denmark, Japan and Uruguay, postal cards, registered including foreign mail and 10¢ Pan-Am #299 use, special delivery, auxiliary markings incl. advertised and forwarded, typical mixed condition, many F.-V.F. or better.
