First Issue Revenue Balance, 1862-71, well over 100 stamps identified on stockpages; few better imperf issues including #R4a (cat $850) and R37a (cat $1,000) both with unobtrusive crease, some nice part-perf issues with wide margins, fancy handstamp cancel on R41a, nice higher imperf issues with R63a x2 and R71a with cert., R86a, R88a, R91a, R94a, R98a, etc., good perf'd issues including R73c, R74c, R79c, R80c, R97c, R101c, etc.; nice overall condition throughout, worth proper evaluation.

First Issue Revenue Collection, hundreds of mostly perf'd issues (R5c to R97c) with emphasis on central to socked-on-the-nose handstamp cancels neatly mounted on pages in Scott album; includes strong section of Insurance Co. cancels on 2¢-25¢ values, one with California state tax stamp over 25¢ Certificate, other cancels including banks, mining, 50¢ and higher values including many strips and blocks with more manuscript items approaching into the dollar values, some better catalog items in duplication, etc.; a nice collection for the revenue specialist.

Revenue Balance, 1871-1957, neatly arranged and identified on stockpages in binder; starting with a nice selection of 18 second issue revenues highlighted by a 50¢ inverted center with complimentary red manuscript cancel, selection of high value 3rd issues, good later documentary issues, some proprietary, stock transfers, playing cards, silver tax and some motor vehicle issues; nice condition throughout.

Revenue Collection, well formed assembly of issues housed in Scott album; including First issues with imperf issues wit strong completion in 15¢-$1 issues present and other higher values including R81a-R82a, R85a-R86a, R88a-R91a, R94a, R98a & R101a, part-perf issues appear to be near complete, perf'd issues complete to the $15 as well as #R100c-R101c, 2nd issues mostly complete including many high values, 3rd issues missing only the 1¢, 2¢ invert, strong completion in later documentary issues with some good high values, fair to good showing of Proprietary issues, strong Future Deliveries, Stock Transfers, Wines, some playing card and silver tax issues, etc., also a section of telegraph issues; a nice collection with condition well above the norm.

Revenue - Beer Issue Collection, 1866-1917, of 80 issues arranged stockpages, with half being plate number singles with another dozen partial plate #'s with many corner margin examples and other sheet position items; starting with REA4 block of 4, others singles with majority 1878-1909 issues with some modest to moderate quantities, some provisional issues and good later issue, also includes a section of 28 later Tax Paid "Bottle Stamp" plate number strips of four bearing various plate #'s; a nice assembly for the Beer issue specialist.
