Worldwide, Collection of Inverted Centers & Bisects, an interesting group of Inverts & Bisects both on & off cover, some better Inverts include Bolivia 113c, 116c, six nice items from Liberia, a wonderful cover from Libya franked with strip of 3 of the 15c Inverted centered (Scott 24a) with normal single, seven stamps from the Nyassa 1901 series with inverted centers, a United States 2¢ Revenue with inverted center with freak perforations, most of the bisects are philatelically inspired, noted is an 1865 Prince Edward Island cover with two 3p bisect put together on one cover, two British Honduras Bisect covers (Scott 28a), mixed condition, worth inspection as this is a fascinating lot for further expansion.
