"Delta WT, Feb 25" (Delta Mills - Walla Walla), manuscript postmark ties 3¢ rose (65), nat. s.e. at right, deep shade, on orange cover to New York City; edge flaws and wear, F.-V.F., One of only two recorded Delta Mills territorial DPO usages.

The Delta Mills territorial post office of Walla Walla county operated only five years from 1867 to 1871.
