Jan 24" cds on small 1869 cover to Jaffna, Ceylon, red "Chicago Il., Paid 18" credit handstamp and matching large crude "20 Cents" handstamp, red "London, Paid, 9 FE 65" transit cds and red crayon "1" pence colonial credit, reverse with red Kandy (3.25) and Jaffna (3.28) arrival cds; stamp flaws, Fine and extremely scarce destination routed through Chicago, ex-Starnes.
