1861, 10¢ yellow green, rich color, cancelled by sharp strike of Five-Spoke Radial cancel of Yokohama (Frajola YOK-Can3), wide margins; filled thin, Very Fine appearance, an exceptionally rare U.S. Postal Agency in Yokohama cancel.

The Frajola book in figure 7-14 shows similar clear strikes on a circa 1868 Yokohama wrapper to the United States. The Frajola tracing shows a bolder version of this cancel.

1863, 2¢ black, on experimental paper, Francis patent on greenish wove paper, imperforate, top margin block of 4 with "National Bank Note Company" imprint, o.g., lightly hinged at top, never hinged at bottom, full even margins, bold color, top portion of block with a blue staining, as result of coming in contact with an acidic element (certificate calls this water staining) and the intended effect of this patent paper, Very Fine; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
