Lot 1901    

Revenue, 1862, First Issue, $3 Charter Party, perf'd, in combination with 1861, 30¢ orange, horizontal pair and single (71) on piece of a foreign exchange draft issued at Havana, Cuba for $8,000, accepted February 23, 1866 by Youngs Smith & Co., New York, subject to the 1864 tax rate for inland exchange of 5¢ for each $100 or faction thereof and shows a short pay of the $4 rate; stamps with small flaws, Very Fine appearance, ex-Col. Green; with 2006 P.F. certificate.
