The Larry Lyons' revenue census records 23 examples of the 1¢ Proprietary invert on violet paper. Of these, only five are well-centered with each having varying faults that affect the appearance.

Proprietary, 1919, 1¢ dark blue, red "V.C.F., 1919" printed pre-cancel, top margin plate no. "4081" block of 8 with imprint, full o.g., couple h.r.'s, bold color, small gum crease affecting one stamp, Fine, a very rare plate block.

Priester No. 202C.
