No. 1 N.Y." oval cancel to New York N.Y., and "Military Sta. 1 Santiago de Cuba, Nov 13 '99" duplex ties U.S. 2¢ carmine on cover to New York N.Y.; some cover flaws, Fine and scarce pair of Military Station uses.
