British Commonwealth, Select Stock, mint & used on stockpages in binder; few M countries represented including useful Maldives, Malta with some later mint, Mauritius starting with used 1859, 2d blue on grayish intermediate impression (Scott 14Bc, cat $1,300) small flaws but genuine, nice showing of later definitives, some Mesopotamia, Monserrat & Mucat; condition varies mostly in early used, worth a look.
