Mexico, Collection, 1856-1940, used housed in Scott album; with early 1856-67 issues approaching completion with additional cancellation study of the first and second Hidalgo issues with a few bisect & quadrisect usages on piece, additional 1866 Maximillians, 1872 Profile issues with good watermark issues, 1884 Medalions including scarce 5p & 10p high values present, some nice Numerals, Mulitas including 10p first issue (256), Sonora issues with variety, five 1914 Torreon issues on piece present, 1914 GSM monogram set complete (370-380), good to fair showing of later issues, Airmails including 5p National University, a good showing of Officials, etc.; nice material throughout, accompanied by nine certificates, owner's cat $8,530 not including officials.

Mexico, 19th Century Cover Group, 1856-83, of over 75 covers a few on piece/front items; selection of 1st and 2nd issues including S.L.P. monogram on 1r black on green pair, useful Eagle & Maximilian issues, nice showing of later issues needing to be checked for better cancels, couple 1882 Numeral issue usages including 3c x4 on cover to Algeria, 10c Port-De Mar tied on piece (foreign usage), also a couple Guadalajara items including scarce 1r black on dark blue (3) on combination on front (with cert), etc.

Mexico, Medallions and Numerals Group, 1880-90's, 23 covers, postal stationary and postal cards used and many stamps, includes a fantastic transatlantic diplomatic Numeral cover to Switzerland with a rare use of two 12c lilac, various 1884's postal stationary used covers 6c+4c Numerals cover with a "Falta De Porte" label, a cover with two 5c Numerals cut-to-shape, a Mulitas 4c bisect on piece, several mixed frankings to Europe, a very rare 2c Numeral used in a receipt as a revenue, fancy cancels on the 10c brown ledger lines, also contains 20 manuscript pages with the notes and stamps of the discoveries of an early stamp collector about the Medallion and Numeral issues denomination by denomination.
