Mexico, 1915 Oaxaca Provisionals collection, containing 260+ singles used and unused, 7 sheets and 6 covers, two of the covers are from de Monday philatelic correspondence, but the other four look non philatelic, in great condition and are from Oaxaca, Putla and Ignacio Mejia, includes many varieties and cancels from many towns, striking block of six of the 3c cancelled in Cafetal California; multiple notes by Nick Follansbee, ex-Joe Stuart, a really nice lot for the specialist.
