1867, 3¢ rose, A. grill, no gum, strong bright color and full intact perfs all around, certificate states "cleaned to remove toning" but the block certificate shows no indication of such, F.-V.F., a handsome sound unused example; with 2018 P.F. and photocopy of 1984 P.F. for a block of four.
