AN ATTRACTIVE USED EXAMPLE OF THIS SCARCE 1923 1¢ PERF 11 ROTARY SHEET WASTE ISSUE.
This rare sheet waste issue is the result of a small stack of 1¢ rotary sheets that were run through the perf 11x11 machine that was being used for the flat plate printings at that time. It was not discovered until 1936 when three used examples came to light.
