Feb 18" cds on blue 1859 folded letter to Quito, Ecuador, New York red "24" credit handstamp, endorsed "Care of Th: V. Clark, Esq., U.S. vice Consul, Guayaquil, Ecuador" at bottom left, a F.-V.F. use paying the 34c rate by American Packet then British Packet via Panama.
