Vernon, Ohio, inside with same blue design, original patriotic letterhead enclosure with "Desperate Bayonet Charge at Battle of Winchester, March 23, led by Gen. Tyler" engraving, some good content in letter to his wife; cover light staining at top and couple small tears, some wear, Fine and striking patriotic use. Estimate $300 - 400.
