Nov. 30" c.d.s., affixed over the indicia on a 3¢ pink entire (U58) with manuscript "Per first steamer" to Paris France and redirected within Paris; blue French transit (1869) also ties stamps; red "New Paid York/12/ Dec. 4" exchange office c.d.s. and faint Paris backstamp, F.-V.F., unusual usage, carried aboard the Inman Line's City of Brussels.
