(minor gum loss in top corners), strong bright vibrant color on fresh paper, strong grill with nice perforations around free and from the small flaws often associated with this difficult issue, F.-V.F. for the issue; with 1960 P.F. certificate. THIS IS PERHAPS THE FINEST MINT EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE STAMP SHOWING ORIGINAL GUM AND FULL PERFORATIONS.
Scott Catalog states, "Value for No. 79 are for fine-very fine examples with minor perf. faults. Examples with complete or virtually complete perforations sell for much more."
