1870, 12¢ dull violet, H. grill, N.B.N.C. printing, regummed, strong bold color, dozen or so discernible grill points at top center, reperfed at left with other margins nicely balanced, Extremely Fine appearance, the A.P.S. certificate states the reperfing is at right which we feel is in error; with 1997 A.P.S. certificate.
