Jul 24" cds on 1873 cover with printed address to Paris, France, sharp red "Philad., Paid All, Jul 25" exchange cds and red crayon "12" cent credit rating, red London Paid (8.6) transit cds, blue "Drexel Harjes & Co." forwarding oval and Philadelphia street address written at lower left, apparently sent back to Philadelphia outside the mails; 10¢ slight creasing along top perfs from placement near edge of cover, still Very Fine and colorful example of the 16¢ rate to France via England, ex-"Mercedes, "Andromeda"; with 2020 P.F. certificate.
