1938, $5 Coolidge, top left corner margin block of 20 with black plate no. "22167", imprint and red "TOP", in combination with 1938, $1 purple & black, left margin block of ten and single (832) on oversized package from Weyerhaeuser & Co. in St. Paul, Minn. to the Continental Illinois National Bank in Chicago, Ill., partial purple St. Paul registry cds's at one end with matching boxed registry handstamp etiquette on mailing label, stamps canceled by wavy line roller cancels, purple "Chicago, Ill., Reg. Div., Aug 6, 1955" receiving cds at right, blue pen addition at top adding to "111.29" for postage (the 29¢ likely paid in cash during posting); $5 block with some separations at bottom and light selvage wrinkling, F.-V.F., one of the highest Prexie issue franking we have ever encountered.

Although this is a late Prexie issue franking, it does predate the issuance of the following Liberty issue high values with the $1 Henry issued in October of 1955 and the $5 Hamilton in March of 1956.
