Sep 29 1861"" cds, used with CSA 10¢ blue, die b (12), tied by "Richmond Va. Sep 11" cds (month should be Oct.), endorsed "Flag of Truce via Fortress Monroe" at top left, Very Fine and attractive, ex-Jarrett.
