(as usual), nice centering, faint diagonal crease, F.-V.F., only 665 issued, Brewster notes that a total of 665 of both types were issued; his census counts 61 unused type I and 172 unused type II, including three panes of 50; with 2004 APS and 2022 P.S.E. certificates.
