Russia, A Worthwhile Used Collection with Key Stamps, 1857-1962, many hundreds of used singles, sets and souvenir sheets all mounted in a Scott Specialty album. Begins with Scott number #1 (signed and 4 margins) followed by a nice showing of 19th century issues with numerous better items. Strong in multiple areas especially during the Soviet era with numerous better complete sets and singles. We also note offices in China & Turkey, German (Soviet Zone) with some early DDR and other areas such as Karelia, Tanna Tuva, Ukraine, etc. Mainly Fine to Very Fine with a few faults.
