Nepal, 1931 Stampless Cover with Seal of the King of Mustang, Jhemyang Parwal, to Commander in Chief Bhim Shumsher Jung, Kantipur, Tangal Bazar, Nepal, small red seal of the King on reverse side, usual wear, F.-V.F. an interesting piece of "Tibet" postal history. Estimate $300 - 400.
Mustang is part of northern Nepal and is surrounded on three sides by Tibet. The King of Mustang is allowed to rule the area without interference from the Nepalese government.
