Otis the First Secretary of the U.S. Senate in Washington D.C., another with "Ship" handstamp to Salem, later early cds usages, "Ship 4" & "Ship 6" handstamps on incoming covers, couple 1840's covers to N.Y. with "Paid at Liverpool" boxed handstamp and Boston entry cds's, various rates, express mail including interesting forwarding usage, 1850's covers to Philadelphia with the blue "R" handstamp, "P.O.
