York U.S. Pkt., Paid 16, Jun 14" exchange cds and two strikes of blue Bremen transit handstamp; with pair of 10¢ stamps fallen off left of franking after transiting New York (N.Y. credit reflecting the proper 44¢ rate) and before reaching Bremen, cover edge tears and wear, Fine.
