China, Collection, 1878-1949, wonderful mostly mint collection neatly arranged on stockpages in binder; starting with 19 Large Dragon issues followed by Small Dragon types including a used 3ca strip of 3, strong completion in Dowanger issues with near complete 1st & 2nd printings and excellent following surcharges, 1897 Red Revenues with 1¢ x3, 2¢ two each and later 4¢ x2, 1897 Imperial set complete with shades, 1898 set complete and following 1900-06 set complete, 1912 Shanghai Customs set complete with additional variety, Waterlow set complete, 1912 Dr. & President sets and later commemoratives, 1923 2nd Peking set complete ($20 used) followed by an excellent run of 1931-40's Yat-sen & Martyrs issues again with variety dotted throughout, good 1949 surcharges, etc.; condition a bit varied mostly confined to earlier issues, inspection highly recommended.Estimate $25,000 - 35,000.
