Ecuador, 1866, 4r dull red, horizontal strip of 4, positions 28-31, narrow oval types, partially severed between 1st & 2nd stamps, in combination with 1865, ½r blue (2) tied by "Quito, Mayo 29, 67" cds's on judicial wrapper to Riobamba; cover neatly pressed to enhance appearance, still Very Fine; with 1999 Moorhouse certificate.
